• Goal: Identify and label the emotion or root issue (bitterness, guilt, insecurity, etc.).

Step 4:
Follow the Thread
• Goal: Uncover the origin of the named emotion so you can heal at the source.
• Scripture Anchor: “For the Lord searches every heart…” (1 Chronicles 28:9)

Lay It Down-

• Goal: Release the burden through prayer, repentance, and spiritual honesty.

• Goal: Walk in healing through self-compassion, boundaries, and spiritual renewal.
